Will joined Compre in 2010 as part of the original MBO team and led Compre’s acquisition strategy through to 2018 when he was appointed Group CEO.  He is responsible for the strategic development of the business and driving the growth agenda. Will is a former EY Transaction Advisory Partner and a corporate financier by background and training over the past 30 years. Will holds a MPhil in Soviet and East European Studies (Glasgow University) and a MA Hons in Management and International Relations (St Andrews University).
