Mike has over thirty years of financial reporting and accounting experience in the insurance and financial services sector. Prior to joining Compe, he served as the CFO of SiriusPoint Global Solutions and was a member of the board of directors of several of its subsidiary insurance companies.  He also worked at Travelers Insurance and Bank of America.

Mike’s experience includes GAAP and Statutory accounting and reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning and modeling, due diligence, commutations and management of financial and operational audits of insurers and reinsurers. He earned his CPA designation in 1995 and CGMA designation in 2014 and is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
