Jonathan has over 30 years dedicated to the Insurance Industry, and is currently a Managing Director at Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), an insurance management firm. After joining SRS in 2020, Jonathan served as the initial CEO of Concert Insurance Group, a US-based insurance fronting business launched in 2021 with backing from SRS. Jonathan transitioned from the Concert CEO role at the end of 2022 and remains on Concert’s board of directors.

Jonathan joined SRS from Hamilton Insurance Group where he was part of the founding management team and served as President, Strategic Partnerships as well as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, Jonathan was the Leader of Ernst & Young’s Insurance practice in Bermuda. He had been with EY, in Bermuda and New York, for 19 years and had been a Partner for 12 years.

Jonathan earned the Certified Public Accountant designation in 1995 and earned a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter designation in 1998. He also practiced for many years as a Chartered Accountant and was previously a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
