Ian joined Compre in Oct 2020 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. Ian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has over 20 years experience in the Financial Services space.

Prior to joining Compre Ian spent 7 years at Swiss Re as CFO of the Life Capital business unit and most recently as CFO of the UK life legacy consolidator ReAssure Group plc. He has significant experience in managing insurance companies in range of jurisdictions, risk and balance sheet management, M&A and corporate finance.
