Aoife is the Group Head of Capital Management. Based in Bermuda, she joined the Compre team in June 2021. She has responsibility for the management of capital across the Group, and brings vast experience from both the general insurance and life insurance industries. She has extensive Bermuda reinsurance industry experience working alongside the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers, the Bermuda International Long Term Insurers and Reinsurers and the Bermuda Monetary Authority. Her previous roles include positions at QIC Global, EY and Irish Life. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
