PART VII OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND MARKETS ACT 2000

BASLER VERSICHERUNG AG AND BOTHNIA INTERNATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED

On 25 June 2021, the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Companies Court, sanctioned the transfer of the UK general insurance and reinsurance business that Basler Versicherung AG (“Baloise”) wrote through its UK branch and certain UK general insurance and reinsurance business underwritten by Baloise, from Baloise to Bothnia International Insurance Company Limited (“Bothnia”). The proposed transfer (the “Transfer”) was ordered pursuant to Part VII of the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 and ancillary and other orders. The Transfer will become effective at 23:59 on 2 July 2021.

A copy of the Court Order sanctioning the Transfer is included in the suite of documents alongside this notification.
