Zoe joined the group in February 2019 and has been Compre’s Operations Director since March 2020.  As Operations Director, Zoe leads a diverse range of functions including HR, IT and Facilities, Change and Project Management, Process & Methodology and New Business Integration.  Zoe has over 25 years’ experience in the insurance market with a background in live insurance and large-scale Claims Operations.  She holds an MBA from Warwick University.
