Philipp is the Country Manager of the German Branch of our Finnish risk carrier Bothnia International Insurance. In addition to his responsibilities towards the risk carrier, his primary focus is business origination, comprising of identifying and executing portfolios transfers, in Germany and Austria. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the insurance/ reinsurance industry and is a German lawyer by profession. He was previously Executive Director of EY’s German Insurance Transaction Advisory Services practice and advised local and global insurers on various transactions in the run-off and active (re-)insurance markets in Germany and across the globe. Philipp joined Compre in January 2018.
