In sostanza, un LPT \u00e8 una soluzione di riassicurazione quota quota 100% che trasferisce l&#039;economia di un portafoglio al bilancio di un acquirente precedente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma c&#039;\u00e8 qualcosa di nuovo nell&#039;ampio orizzonte degli assicuratori americani. Possono essere efficaci immediatamente dopo la firma e fornire uno sgravio patrimoniale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nella soluzione TPL manca la nozione di finalit\u00e0 giuridica. I reclami possono ancora essere presentati contro l&#039;assicuratore originale, anche se il pagamento verr\u00e0 invece dal riassicuratore. Il riassicurato mantiene la responsabilit\u00e0 ultima per eventuali reclami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gli IBT consentono esattamente questo pezzo mancante del puzzle. Infatti, le soluzioni attualmente fornite in Europa tendono a prevedere un LPT anticipato che trasferisce immediatamente il rischio economico, seguito da un trasferimento legale del portafoglio tramite un IBT.
