Coloro che sono arrivati luned\u00ec sono stati purtroppo accolti dal tipico clima estivo britannico: freddo, vento e pioggia. Per chi ha viaggiato dall&#039;estero, prometto che non \u00e8 cos\u00ec tutti i giorni!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ero a Brighton all&#039;inizio di questa settimana, ma avendo partecipato al Congresso molte volte, quest&#039;anno ho deciso che era giunto il momento di passare il testimone ai miei colleghi. Tuttavia, non ho resistito all&#039;opportunit\u00e0 di organizzare un cocktail serale informale e incontrare alcuni vecchi amici del settore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La comunit\u00e0 legacy \u00e8 certamente molto unita. Molti di noi si conoscono da anni, anche se \u00e8 sempre bello vedere anche volti nuovi a questi eventi. IRLA ha un gruppo di giovani professionisti molto attivo e mi ha fatto molto piacere sapere che il nostro associato M&amp;A, <a href=\"http:\/\/Yana Efimova\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yana Efimov<\/a>, ha parlato al suo primo panel al Congresso: &quot;I valori del mentoring&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nel frattempo il nostro Head of M&amp;A,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/robert-margetts-b2133187\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Rob Margarett<\/a>, \u00e8 stato uno dei 13 professionisti senior invitati a parlare al<a href=\"https:\/\/www.insuranceinsider.com\/\"> Tavola rotonda degli addetti ai lavori assicurativi<\/a>, per condividere le sue opinioni sugli sviluppi che modellano il mercato legacy.
